Nur mal so zum nachdenken!

Wie oft passiert es, dass Menschen Bilder ihrer Kinder teilweise schon kurz nach der Geburt in Sozialen Netzwerken posten oder im Internet zur Verfügung stellen?

Was würde passieren, wenn jemand von den Eltern ein Foto macht und dies ebenfalls postet?

Das kann nicht sein werden sicher einige denken. Das das ist ja verboten, Rechte hin und Rechte her... Ah Hilfe meine Privatsphäre.

Was ist denn den Rechten derer Kinder?

Ah! Die können sich nicht wehren, wenn Sie im Internet veröffentlicht werden. Haben Sie deshalb keine Rechte?

Und eins ist auch Fakt, was einmal dort drin ist, kommt nicht wieder raus.

Sicher kann man den Zugriff darauf beschränken, nur gibt es einem nicht die Sicherheit, dass dies für immer auch so bleibt...!

Was sagt uns das? Auch Babies/Kinder haben Rechte...
